DREAMEE – Terms of Service

1. Description of the Service

Dreamee is a mobile application designed to help users keep a dream journal and learn about lucid dreaming. The Application includes:

• Dream journal
• Calendar
• Statistics
• AI-powered dream analysis (Pro feature)
• Guides and courses
• Reality check reminders
• Cloud sync

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some EU countries) and legally able to enter into a contract.

You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Dreamee (dreams, notes, etc).

You grant Dimosapps a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display your content only to operate and improve the Service.

We do not sell or share your private dream data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Dreamee for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer or abuse the Service
• Upload illegal, offensive, or abusive content
• Violate the rights of others

Pro Version

Includes:

• AI dream analysis
• Advanced statistics
• Full guides & techniques
• Custom reality checks
• Cloud sync

Pricing

• Monthly: $4.99
• Annual: $44.99

Free Trial

A 7-day free trial may be offered. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed via Apple or Google.
• You can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Play Store account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

6. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify or discontinue parts of the Service. We will try to notify users when changes are significant.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of Dreamee is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time in the app or by contacting us.

8. Legal Rights & Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We provide the Application with reasonable care and skill. However, Dreamee is not a medical or psychological service and does not provide professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimosapps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts only if:

• These Terms are violated
• The law requires it
• The Service is discontinued

Users will be given reasonable notice where possible.

10. Intellectual Property

Dreamee, its code, design, branding, and content are owned by Dimosapps.

You may not copy or reuse any part without permission.

11. Apple Legal Notice

These Terms are between you and Dimosapps, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the Application, its content, maintenance, or any claims related to Dreamee.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

EU users keep all consumer protection rights under their local laws.
